Abseil Thomond – a 1st for Down Syndrome Limerick
The inaugural Take a Leap for DSL is happening on September 18th! Abseil Thomond Park is a fundraiser to raise money for Down Syndrome Limerick. Kneat are one of the sponsors for the event. Thomond Park Stadium is an iconic landmark in Limerick and the home of Munster Rugby. It is the first time that Down Syndrome Limerick have organised an abseiling event and they are hoping that many dare devils will take part and help them to raise funds for them so that they can continue to offer services to children and adults with Down syndrome. DSL are also looking to expand their services by opening a satellite clinic in West Limerick.
They have a few corporate sponsors lined up for the event. The first of which is Kneat.
