Down Syndrome Limerick is pleased to offer a 6 week Fun Fitness programme to our members aged circa 9 to 11 years in our building in Castletroy at 4pm on a Monday for approximately one hour on the following dates:

Monday February 24, March 03, March 10, March 24, March 31 and April 07 (no class on St Patrick’s Day)

These classes will introduce children to physical skills through fun activities and will be led by 2 wonderful UL students of Physical Education and Sports Science.

Classes are free but booking is essential as places are limited.
