Down Syndrome Limerick is pleased to offer a Fun Fitness programme to our members aged circa 9 to 11 years in our building in Castletroy at 4pm on a Wednesday for approximately one hour on the following dates:

Wednesday March 19, March 26,  April 02 and potentially April 9.

These classes will introduce children to physical skills through fun activities and will be led by 2 wonderful UL students of Physical Education and Sports Science.

Classes are free but booking is essential as places are limited.
