We are delighted to announce that Swim Ireland have partnered with Bawnmore Pool to offer swimming lessons to members of Down Syndrome Limerick! They have been kind enough to extend the offer to our members’ families as well.

The lessons will happen on a weekly basis for 8 weeks in Bawnmore Pool, starting Saturday the 18th of April at 2pm. The session will be comprised of a short lesson and supervised free swim time. The whole family is more than welcome to participate!

Swim Ireland will be providing a specialised swim instructor, along with lifeguards for the duration of the sessions.

A nominal fee of €8 per week per family applies to cover pool hire and lessons. This can be paid by purchasing a family ticket for the 8 week course below.

Lessons will happen every Saturday from 2-3pm, starting Saturday 18th of April and finishing on Saturday 13th of June
