DSL are pleased to offer a series of 3 online Talks for parents/guardians over the coming 3 months. Anne Maher will be presenting these talks on
- From Feeding to Nourishing: what your child will teach you.
- Gut health: Focus on that and the rest becomes easier…
- Fussy Eating: After all my efforts they won’t eat it!! How to not lose the plot.
Dates and Times: February 18, March 18 and April 15 from 7.30pm to 9pm each evening (to include the Talk and a Q & A)
Anne Maher is Managing Director of The Urban Co-op in Limerick. A social enterprise working towards providing nourishing food access for the community. Anne has a Masters in Public Health Nutrition but credits her son Shane as her best teacher. He has Down syndrome and her journey as a parent navigating his health issues and how nourishment with traditional foods became a key to resolving many of these has led her to her current role. The Urban Co-op provides much expertise now for families navigating health and wellness.
