PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. All payments shall be in Euro.
We do not at any time store your credit card details. payment details will be securely managed by our card processor www.stripe.com who will perform the transaction on our behalf.
All payments made through the website are processed through Stripe as a payment gateway. By using Stripe as a payment gateway, we incur fees on each transaction to the amount of 1.2% + €0.25 for EU Visa and MasterCard transactions or 2.9% + €0.25 for Non EU and American transactions. When submitting donations to us, you have the option to incur the processing fee, should you choose to do so.
When using our LikeCharity feature (‘Text to Donate’), please note that 100% of your donation goes to Down Syndrome Limerick across most network operators. Some operators apply VAT which means that a minimum of €1.63 will go to Down Syndrome Limerick.
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the Site.
