Now in it’s 21st year, the Tour de Munster, will once again complete over 600km throughout the 6 counties of Munster, raising funds and awareness for Down Syndrome Limerick and the neighbouring Munster branches. Each year local companies very kindly sponsor the jerseys for the event. And we are delighted to showcase those local businesses this week.
Regeneron is a leading biotechnology company that invents life-transforming medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is a proud Limerick company that is always looking to give back to local charitable organisations.
Will Hennebry of Regeneron says “Regeneron sees the great work being done in Down Syndrome Limerick and respects the effort involved in the Tour de Munster. We are proud sponsors of the event.”
Ellen Tuffy, Chairperson of Down Syndrome Limerick says, “The Tour de Munster is an important fundraiser for us each year. To have the support of local companies, like Regeneron, means the world to us. The money raised helps us to continue in our endeavours of helping people with Down syndrome to achieve their full potential. Thank you to Regeneron for their continued support of the work that we do”.
